Reset a forgotten password

Resetting a forgotten password only takes a few minutes and requires access to the email associated with your account.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the log-in page and click on Forgot Password at the bottom of the page.

  2. Enter the email you have on the account and request a link.

  3. You will receive an email in your inbox with a temporary login.

  4. Follow the instructions on the email to change your password to a new one.

Note: Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email in your inbox.
