Change the Bitcoin unit of account

View your Bitcoin account balance in BTC, mBTC, or Satoshis

OpenNode supports three denominations for bitcoin's unit of account:

  • BTC = 1.0 BTC

  • mBTC = 0.001 BTC

  • Satoshi = 0.00000001 BTC

To change your Bitcoin unit of account, follow the steps below:

  1. Log-in to your OpenNode dashboard and click on Settings to the left.

  2. Then click on Personal.

  3. Select your desired unit of account under Bitcoin Denomination.
