Payments requests allow you to create a one-off on-chain or Lightning Network Bitcoin checkout directly from the OpenNode dashboard. Payment requests are ideal for using as a lightweight point of sale (POS), or for any time you want to create a quick, shareable checkout.
Creating Payment Requests
Simply navigate to Payments > Request and enter the price you want in the calculator, add any text you want to describe the transaction, and click charge.
Note: you can include a % tax to be added on-top of the requested amount by adding the amount you wish to charge tax for as an integer in the "tax %" field.
