When you have multiple OpenNode accounts associated with the same email address (user profile), there are three ways to navigate between them:
Upon log in to OpenNode, you will be prompted with a screen where you can choose which account to view.
Click the icon and store name at the top left of the dashboard.
Click the avatar at the top right then click "switch accounts".
