OpenNode provides simple tools that allow you to make one-off currency conversions between your Bitcoin and local currency wallets. With this feature, you can fine-tune how you want to denominate your OpenNode Bitcoin earnings, either in BTC or any of our supported currencies.

Note: To make currency conversions, you will need to fill out our KYC/KYB requirements and connect your bank to your OpenNode account.

How to Make One-off Currency Conversions

1. Within the OpenNode dashboard, navigate to Wallets.

2. Once you're at wallets, click on your Bitcoin wallet.

3. In your Bitcoin wallet, click on Instant conversion.

4. If you want to exchange Bitcoin into your local currency (in this case, USD), just enter the amount you want in the box (1.) enter your 2FA code, and click continue (2.).

If you want to exchange your local currency (in this case, USD) into Bitcoin, just enter the amount you want in the box (1.) enter your 2FA code, and click continue (2.).

That's it! It's that simple to convert in-and-out of Bitcoin with OpenNode.
