When inviting members to your team, there are four roles to choose from:

  • Owner / Administrator (account that initially signs up)

  • Manager

  • Employee - Can create payment requests and view payment-related activity.

  • View-only - Can view activity and wallet balances. Can export business account data via *.CSV.

Depending on the role, certain parts of the dashboard will have restricted access as listed below:

* Managers can initiate one-off or scheduled bitcoin and bank withdrawals, but are unable to edit the withdrawal destination.

** Employees can create payment requests, send templates (but not edit) and create and edit invoices that they created.

Administrator

The administrator role is the account owner. They have full access to payments, wallets, transfers, and business account settings.
Note: This is the only member of the team that requires KYC/KYB.

Manager

The manager role is for anyone who manages the business. They have access to payment activity, account balances, generate payments and payouts. Managers can initiate one-off or scheduled bitcoin and bank withdrawals, but are unable to edit the withdrawal destination. They do not need access to business account settings nor developer settings.

Employee

The employee role is for anyone who needs to send payment requests and initiate payouts, but they cannot change the payment/payout settings. They will not have access to see any account information, including wallet balances, nor the ability to initiate transfers and withdrawals.

View-only

The view-only role is for people who need to view payment activity and balances but do not need to edit or create either of them. This role can also export activity reports.
